I’ve just finished watching Season 1 of Dexter and I must say, it is very, very good. Following the life of Dexter, a forensic investigator with expertise in blood-spatter by day, and a serial-killer-with-good-intentions by night. He works for the Miami Police Department where he uses his unique skills and a “love” for blood to help solve crimes, and when he’s not working to put serial killers behind bars, he’s hunting down and meticulously killing criminals.
As the season progresses, the relationships between the characters develop and deepen, with Dexter becoming less isolated and allowing himself to become attached to others. Relationships with Dexter, his girlfriend, his sister, her boyfriend, and Dexter’s workmates become more integral to the plot development and all are portraid remarkably well by the cast.
A five-star show that’s definately worth your time. Watch it.
